We are on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
with a keen interest or knowledge in working with electronics, instrumentation, and internal combustion engines. Our ideal candidate is
someone who is inventive and creative, and at the same time
meticulous about data and work quality and knows how to
spin those findings into customer gold. The Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
will also work closely with clients and should be able to build

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with clients to find the right solution |
Devise and oversee engine and product testing for product development and validation |
Provides direct support of sales and development by sharing information in the form of proposals and design reviews |
Independently troubleshoots/analyzes component/system problems |
Actively engage in and promote continuous process improvements in production and corporate culture |
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of statistics as applied to experimental results |
Solid ability to compute steady state results | |
Previous experience or knowledge in instrumentation and simple electronics |
Basic software programming skills |
Comfortable working directly with clients and expanding client relationships |
Excellent communication skills |
Experience with the design and/or development of embedded systems is a plus |
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or similar required - Graduate School a plus |
At least three years cummulative experience working with engines, experimental design, instrumentation, or design of embedded systems |
We are currently looking for a Director of Sales with at least
5-years of experience who understands the underlying currents
in the engine, mobile power generation, or related energy industries, and is comfortable
building relationships with decision makers at organizations large and small. Are you up for the challenge?

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Generate new business through on-site sales calls, cold-calling, in-house lead generation, networking, presenting, questioning and closing |
Collaborate with Sales Support and Marketing to develop additional leads |
Participate in overall corporate strategy, providing input for product development as well as sales and marketing |
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, and minimum of 5-years sales experience |
An understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and its challenges |
A successful track record of targeting and winning new business—with strategies for long sales cycles |
The ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers |
Effective presentation skills |
